Eric Barbieri is a Partner of Richter Consulting, who draws upon fifteen years of strong analytical and business skills to assist our clients. He has been involved in some of our most complex and sensitive engagements.
Eric is extremely skilled in developing and assessing business plans, financial projections, cash flow forecasts and
turnaround plans. He has also led numerous transaction advisory mandates, from due diligence to distressed M&A.
Eric is experienced in a wide spectrum of industries including retail, equipment rental, healthcare, manufacturing, services, and distribution.
His recent engagements include providing an in-depth business assessment,
short-term cash flow analysis, and restructuring alternatives to the Senior Lenders of a $700MM apparel distributor
with multiple subsidiaries, as well as leading a due diligence and transaction advisory engagement on behalf of one
of the world’s leading providers of entertainment equipment rentals and event technology, with regard to contemplated
acquisitions in Europe.
