Michael Prinsky

Michael Prinsky is a Vice-President at Richter Consulting specializing in developing/assessing business plans, financial projections, cash flow forecasts, financial modeling and restructuring strategies. Michael played a lead role as advisor for Lenders and Borrowers in numerous complex engagements in the manufacturing, retail, energy services and food products industries for both public and private companies.

Michael was recently advisor to a $150MM multi-facility food manufacturing business. His in-depth assessments lead to improved product and customer profitability. He developed financial sensitivity models, enhanced reporting and established key reporting metrics allowing management to more effectively run their business. Michael’s leadership on the engagement was integral to the successful restructuring of the Company’s debt.
